ACCLAIM CORPORATE PLAZA is under construction. Targeted for use a Professional Office Space, ACCLAIM CORPORATE PLAZA will architecturally resemble the adjacent Acquire Corporation Building.

These two single-story buildings, containing 5,000 square feet and 5,750square feet respectively, are to be delivered for occupancy in early July,1997.

At this stage of construction, the final floor plan/layout/square footage of each suite can be custom-designed to fit specific needs. Project architect Don David will work directly with each tenant on interior space planning,from design through build-out by our contractor, Lord & Sons.

Base rent for the ACCLAIM CORPORATE PLAZA will be $13.25 per square foot per year, plus common area maintenance (CAM) charges of $2.75 per square foot per year. All CAM charges will be adjusted annually, based upon the actual cost versus tenant payments towards estimated costs. All spaces will be individually metered for electrical service.
